OPEN - FACED REUBENS 
2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cocktail Rye Bread
1 lb. sliced corn beef
1 lb. sliced Swiss cheese
1 pkg. frozen sauerkraut

Arrange rye bread on several cookie sheets - top in order with slices of corned beef, sauerkraut, then Swiss cheese. Run under broiler until the cheese melts. Serve as a snack or with cocktails. Serves 12 to 15.
