ORANGE FLUFF CHARLOTTE 
2 env. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
3/4 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 c. cold water
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 unbeaten egg whites
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. Dissolve in hot water. Combine sugar, orange juice concentrate, 1 cup water and lemon juice. Gradually stir in gelatin mixture. Stir in egg whites. Chill until partially set. Beat mixture until fluffy and soft peaks form. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 2 quart bowl or individual cups. Chill until set. Garnish as desired. 6-8 servings.
