1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges

Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool.

ICING FOR TOP:

1 lg. size Cool Whip
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in syrup
1 box instant pudding (vanilla)

Mix together and put over cake.
