ITALIAN-STYLE PORK CHOPS 
2 tsp. butter
4 (1/2 inch) center cut pork chops (about 1 1/2 lbs.)
1 lg. green pepper, chopped (1 c.)
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. chicken broth
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Melt butter in large skillet over medium high heat. Add pork chops; cook 2 to 3 minutes per side until browned. Remove to shallow 2 1/2 quart casserole or dish.

Add green pepper, onion and garlic to skillet. Cook over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes. Add remaining ingredients to skillet; stir to blend. Pour over pork in casserole. Cover; bake in preheated 350 oven for 45 to 50 minutes until chops are tender. Serves 4. Contains 224 calories per serving.
