FRUIT PIZZA 
1 lb. 2 oz. Pillsbury vanilla sugar cookie roll, freeze 15 to 30 minutes
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 bananas, sliced
2 peaches, sliced
Green seedless grapes
Fresh strawberries

Slice cookie roll 1/8 inch thick and put overlapping on a well greased 12 inch pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until light brown. Cool. Mix well cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Spread on baked, cooled shell. Top with fruit listed or any other fresh fruit. Cover wit orange sauce and refrigerate.

ORANGE SAUCE: 1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
Dash of salt (optional)
3/4 c. water
1 c. orange juice
1/8 c. lemon juice

Combine and bring to a boil, cooking 1 minute. Let glaze and completely cool. Pour over fruit. Serves 8 to 10.
