BEAN DIP 
1/2 lb. hamburger
1 green pepper
1 diced onion
1 tsp. chili powder
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 can refried beans
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. salt

Brown hamburger, green pepper, and onion. Drain fat, then add remaining ingredients, except sour cream and cheese. Stir well and pour into oven-safe dish. Mix additional 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder with sour cream and spread over mixture. Sprinkle grated cheese and heat until bubbling.
