OVEN STEAK 
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. round steak, have butcher run through tenderizer
1 lg. onion (sauteed in 1 tbsp. butter and enough water to cover the steak)
1 jar mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp. instant bouillon
1 tbsp. instant coffee
1 med. bell pepper, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut steak into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Add pepper to taste. Roll steak in flour and fry brown. Remove steak. Place in large baking dish. Pour remaining ingredients on top. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours. DO NOT SALT UNLESS NECESSARY. BOUILLON IS USUALLY SALTY ENOUGH.
