LEMON CUSTARD 
1/4 c. flour
2 egg yolks, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
2 egg whits, beaten stiff
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 c. milk

Mix all but egg whites; add last. Set in pan of hot water. Bake in 350 degree oven 50 minutes.
