BLUEBERRY CUSTARD PIE 
3/4 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. blueberries
2 unbaked pie shells (9 inch shallow)

Melt butter in medium saucepan. Add sugar, flour, milk, eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Add lemon juice. Stir well. Add 1 cup berries to each pie shell. Pour mixture over berries. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
