EGG CUSTARD PIE 
4 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (8 inch) unbaked pie shell

Blend the eggs, sugar, milk, salt, nutmeg, and vanilla. Pour into uncooked pie shell. Cook at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and cook 25 minutes longer.
