OLD FASHIONED EGG CUSTARD PIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. flour
1 tsp. sugar

Whip eggs and sugar until creamy. Add milk, melted butter and vanilla. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon flour and 1 teaspoon sugar over pie shell before pouring filling. Pour filling into shell and bake in preheated oven at 300 degrees until firm.
