CHEESE BISCUITS 
2 1/4 c. biscuit mix
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2/3 c. milk

Combine biscuit mix and cheese. Mix well. Add milk. Mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Place dough on a floured surface and knead 10 times. Flatten dough slightly with hands. Roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut dough with floured cutter. Bake on a cookie sheet at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 10-12 biscuits.
