PARMESAN ROUND STEAK 
1 1/2 lbs. tenderized round steak
1 beaten egg
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Accent
3 tbsp. bacon drippings
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. dried whole oregano
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
6 sm. peeled onions
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika

Trim excess fat from steak and cut into serving pieces.

Combine egg and milk; beat well. Combine bread crumbs, 1 teaspoon salt, pepper and Accent. Dip steak into egg mixture, dredge in bread crumb mixture and brown in bacon drippings. Place steak in lightly greased 2-quart baking dish. Add water and sprinkle with oregano and cheese.

Add onions to steak; sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt and paprika. Cover tightly and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until tender. 6 servings.
