MINUTE STEAKS PARMESAN 
1 egg
1 tbsp. water
Pepper
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. crushed saltines
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
5 cube steaks
1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce (1 c.)

Beat eggs, water and pepper. Combine crumbs and 1/2 cheese. Dip steaks in egg mixture and then in crumbs. Brown steaks in the hot oil. Drain and arrange in baking dish. Cover with pizza sauce. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with Italian bread and Chianti.
