HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. all spice
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. applesauce
1 c. pecans

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In large mixing bowl, place all ingredients. Mix until well blended. Mix one tablespoon flour with pecans (prevents nuts from going to bottom of mixture.) Stir pecans into mixture. Pour batter into slightly greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
