BUTTERMILK BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
5 tbsp. butter
1 c. buttermilk

Combine all ingredients. Knead gently. Roll out dough about 1/2 inch thick. Cut with round cookie cutter. Bake on greased (ungreased) cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
