BAKED HAM 
Shank or butt portion of ham
Cloves
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
Brown sugar

Cut any skin off of the ham. Insert cloves into the ham, covering the entire surface at 1/2-1 inch spacing. Cake brown sugar over the ham. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Mix the water and vinegar and pour over the ham. Bake the ham 15 minutes per pound, basting it every 15-20 minutes.
