GLAZED CARROTS 
1/2 lb. carrots, sliced
4 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. flour
1/4 c. orange juice
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Cook carrots until tender and drain. Over low heat melt butter, stir in flour, add remaining ingredients. Stir and cook until smooth and slightly thickened. Mix glaze and carrots.
