LEMON CRUMBLES 
1 c. flour
2 c. coconut
1 c. sugar
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix together and put into 8 x 8 pan.

FILLING:

1 pkg. lemon pie filling or juice of 1 lemon
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water

Boiled and thickened with cornstarch. Pour filling over flour mixture and bake until slightly brown at 350 degrees.
