Onions (peeled and cut in small pieces)
Sirloin steak, round steak, or stewing beef cut into square pieces.

Using favorite pie crust recipe, roll out dough and place in pie pan. Put all above ingredients in one half of pan, season to taste. Dot with butter. Bring other half of crust over top of mixture and crimp edges. Second crust may be used to fill other half of pan in same manner. Bake 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until potatoes are done. Beef gravy may be served with pasties.
