MARSHMALLOW PUDDING 
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. gelatin
2 c. whipped cream
2 egg whites
2 c. marshmallows
1/4 c. candied cherries
1 c. nut meats

Cook sugar and water until syrup hairs. Pour gradually upon beaten egg whites, stirring constantly. Add dissolved gelatin. Cool slightly and add the other ingredients. Serve when cold and firm.
