BLUEBERRY MUFFINS | |
1 c. sugar (or less) 2 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. cream of tartar 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. oil 1/2 c. milk 1 beaten egg 1 c. frozen blueberries Mix together sugar, flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt. Cut in oil. Add milk, beaten egg and blueberries. Spoon in greased muffin pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 20. |
