CHINESE NEW YEAR CRUNCH 
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles or 5 oz. pretzel sticks
1 c. square rice cereal
1 c. peanuts

Preheat oven to 250 degrees, melt butter in saucepan. Add soy sauce, garlic salt and onion salt and stir with wooden spoon. Spread chow mein noodles, cereal and peanuts on jelly roll pan. Drizzle with butter mixture and stir to coat. Bake 5 minutes; stir well and bake 5 minutes until light brown. Cool and store in airtight container.
