MANDARIN ORANGE SHERBET DESSERT 
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet

Drain oranges, reserving syrup. Add water to syrup to make 1 cup. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add measured liquid. Add sherbet by spoonfuls, stirring until melted. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in oranges. Chill until set, about 1 hour.

Makes about 5 cups (8 servings).
