ORANGE SHERBET DESSERT | |
1 Angel food cake 1 sm. pkg. orange Jello 1 pt. orange sherbet 2 cans mandarin oranges (save a few slices for top) 1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip Break up cake into 9 x 13 (or larger) pan. Dissolve Jello in 1 cup heated orange juice from drained oranges. Add sherbet; let set a while in refrigerator. Fold in Cool Whip; garnish with reserved slices of oranges. Refrigerate; keeps real well. Sprinkle with coconut if desired. Drained crushed pineapple can be used instead of oranges. Very good. |
