“ORANGE SALAD” IS IN:

ORANGE SALAD 
1 pkg. orange gelatin
1 cup hot water
1/2 large can frozen orange juice (undiluted)
1 small can mandarin orange slices (not drained)
1 small can crushed pineapple (not drained)

Small cans of the fruit are recommended but any size may be used.

Dissolve gelatin in hot water; stir and let cool.

Add orange juice, orange slices, and pineapple. Refrigerate until set.

Serve with dressing.

Dressing:

1 egg
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 stick butter, melted

Beat egg until thick. Add seasonings. Beat in vinegar. sweetened condensed milk and melted butter. Do not cook.

This uncooked dressing keeps well in the refrigerator.
