MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 (8 oz.) box macaroni
1/2 stick butter
1 egg
10 oz. cheese (grated)
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Paprika

Cook macaroni per package directions. Drain and place back in saucepan. Add butter to macaroni, stir and set aside.

In a bowl, slightly beat the egg, add sour cream, cottage cheese, garlic salt and grated cheese, reserving 1/2 cup of grated cheese. Add macaroni to cheese mixture and toss lightly. Place in a greased 2 quart casserole dish and sprinkle on reserved grated cheese and paprika. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
