8 oz. jar peanut butter, creamy or chunky
1 box confectioners sugar
3 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
12 oz. semi - sweet chocolate chips

In a large pot, melt 2 sticks butter. Add graham crackers, confectioners sugar and peanut butter. Press this mixture into 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. In a medium sauce pan melt remaining stick of butter and chocolate chips. Pour mixture over peanut butter mixture. Spread evenly. Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours. Remove from refrigerator and allow to stand 1/2 hour. Cut into squares any size you desire. If you try to cut when too cold it will crack chocolate. Serves 12.
