BARBECUED ROAST 
5-6 lb. roast
Season with salt, pepper & garlic

BARBECUE:

2 c. broth
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. catsup

Bake uncovered at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Wrap in heavy foil. Bake for 6 hours. Drain broth and save. Refrigerate beef overnight. Slice thin.

Add broth, Worcestershire sauce, catsup, brown sugar and lemon juice. Mix well. Pour over beef, heat uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
