PEACH MOUSSE 
2 peach Jello, reg. size
1 med. size crushed pineapple
2 c. buttermilk
1 med. size Cool Whip

Mix Jello with pineapple juice and all. Bring to a boil. Let cool - all the way cool. Then add 2 cups buttermilk and Cool Whip. Mix together good. Place in Jello mold and chill until firm. Good and easy.
