EASY STRAWBERRY MOUSSE 
2 med. extra ripe bananas, peeled
20 oz. can Dole pineapple slices
3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
8 oz. pkg. strawberry yogurt
2 c. whipping cream, whipped
Mandarin orange segments, optional

Puree bananas in blender. Drain pineapple, heat juice to boil. Remove from heat; add gelatin. Refrigerate until thickens slightly. Fold in whipped cream. Arrange 7 pineapple slices around clear glass bowl. Place mandarin orange slices in center of each pineapple for decorative look. Turn gelatin mix into pineapple lined bowl. Refrigerate until firm. Garnish with remaining 3 pineapple slices. Serves 8.
