CREAMY BROCCOLI LASAGNA 
9 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
6 c. broccoli, cut in sm. pieces
2 jars mushrooms
3 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Saute in 4 quart pan butter and onion. Add flour and seasonings. Add milk and cook until thick. Stir in cottage cheese, broccoli and mushrooms.

In ungreased 9x13 pan, layer 1/3 of cheese, 1/3 noodles, 1/3 sauce. Repeat. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Leave 15 minutes before serving.
