CREAMY TURKEY BASIL PASTA 
1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. egg substitute
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. non-fat yogurt
2 c. cooked rotini noodles (cooked without salt or fat)
1 c. fresh broccoli flowerettes
1 c. cubed chopped tomato
2 tbsp. sliced green onions
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine first 5 ingredients in container of an electric blender or food processor. Process 20 seconds. With motor running, gradually add olive oil in a slow, steady stream. Add yogurt (at room temperature) and process 5 seconds. Set aside.

Combine rotini noodles and remaining ingredients; add dressing and toss gently. Cover and chill. Yield: 4 servings (285 calories per 1 1/4 cup serving).
