ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
1 can artichoke hearts
2 green onions, chopped
3 tbsp. garlic, chopped
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg

Reserve liquid of artichokes. Chop artichoke hearts; add all ingredients and mix. Beat egg in liquid from artichokes and add to mixture. Mix well. Put in baking dish. Bake 1/2 hour at 400 degrees.
