MUSHROOM AND ARTICHOKE HEART
CASSEROLE
 
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Basil
Oregano
12 oz. fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 can artichoke hearts (cut in bite sized chunks)
Slices of sharp Cheddar cheese
Slices of Mozzarella cheese
Italian style bread crumbs

Melt butter in a saucepan, add the water and lemon juice. Sprinkle in some basil and a dash of oregano. Mix mushrooms, artichokes and sauce into a shallow casserole pan. Cover with slices of the cheeses. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is brown.
