ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE | |
1 stick butter 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 clove garlic, chopped 1 c. Italian bread crumbs 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 2 cans artichoke hearts Melt butter with soup. Add garlic, bread crumbs and cheese; mix well. Add chopped artichokes and mix well. Put in casserole dish and sprinkle bread crumbs and cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4-6. |
