LADIES' LUNCHEON PUFF PIE 
8 oz. pkg. crescent rolls
15 slices bacon, cooked
2 med. tomatoes, sliced
3 slices ham, diced
4 slices American cheese, diced
3 eggs, separated
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Paprika

Line a 9-inch pie plate with crescent rolls. Crumble bacon and sprinkle over pie shell. Layer tomato slices, diced ham and cheese. Beat egg whites until stiff.

Combine egg yolks, sour cream, flour, salt and pepper and mix well. Fold mixture into egg whites gently. Pour over pie and sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Serves 6.
