LITE LUNCHEON SALAD | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. veggie rotini (macaroni), 2 c. uncooked 1 (7 oz.) can tuna packed in water, drained & flaked 4 slices cheese product, cut into sm. pieces 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 2 tbsp. chopped pimiento 6 tbsp. bottled low calorie Italian dressing 2 tbsp. reconstituted lemon juice 1-2 tbsp. prepared horseradish 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 2 tbsp. chopped parsley 8 med. tomatoes, cut into wedges, cutting to, but not through bases Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Drain. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except tomatoes; mix well. Chill thoroughly. Serve in tomatoes. 8 servings. Approximately 180 calories per serving. |
