TACO SALAD 
1 lb. lean ground beef
8 oz. Catalina dressing
1 pkg. taco season mix
12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lb. can red kidney beans
1 head lettuce, shredded
2 med. tomatoes, diced
1 pkg. tortilla chips, crushed

OPTIONAL VEGGIES:

Green pepper
Avocado
Minced onion
Black olives

Brown ground beef - drain and rinse with hot water and return to pan and follow directions on seasoning package. Then chill.

Mix lettuce, tomatoes, beans, cheese, meat and dressing in a large bowl. You may add optional veggies at this time. Mix well. Just before serving, toss in crushed chips.

Option: Can use Italian or French dressing. Serves 6.
