OVERNIGHT RICE HOT DISH 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain & wild rice
3 c. boiling water
2 lbs. hamburger
Salt & pepper
3 tbsp. minced onion
Green pepper (opt.)
2 cans cream of chicken or 1 can cream of chicken & 1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 c. boiling water
1 pkg. herbs (in rice pkg.)
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Pour 3 cups boiling water over rice and let stand 15 minutes. Drain, but do not cook. Brown meat, onions, green peppers, drain fat off meat. Combine rice, meat, soup and bouillon cubes dissolved in boiling water, herbs and almonds. Put in casserole and refrigerate (covered) overnight. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Spoon off any excess fat.
