CHEESY POTATOES 
6 potatoes, parboiled in skins
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/3 c. green onions, sliced
1 pt. sour cream
Salt & pepper, to taste

Remove skins and grate potatoes. Combine all ingredients and bake in 2 quart casserole for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
