REUBEN CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. sauerkraut 2 med. tomatoes, sliced 4 tbsp. Thousand Island dressing 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 lb. corned beef, sliced 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded 1 can crescent rolls Spread sauerkraut in 12 x 8 inch baking dish. Top with corned beef, then cheese, tomatoes, dot with butter and dressing. Unroll crescent rolls. Do not separate. Lay over other ingredients to form a crust, after baking 15-20 minutes at about 400 degrees. After adding crust bake until top is golden, about 15 minutes. |
