HEARTY BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce with mushrooms
2 c. cheese, shredded
1 can crescent rolls
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. cooked green beans, drained

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown hamburger, onions and drain. Put back in skillet. Add sauce, beans and salts. Let simmer while preparing crust. Separate crescent rolls. Press in bottom and on sides of a 9 inch pie plate. Mix slightly beaten egg with 1 cup of cheese. Spread on bottom of crust. Add meat mixture on top of cheese. Sprinkle remaining cup of cheese on top. Bake 20-25 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
