CHICKEN LASAGNA 
3 c. cooked chicken (boil for 1 hour)
1 1/2 containers (sm.) curd cottage cheese
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook lasagna noodles - layer noodles, layer chicken, cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese (2-3 times).

1/2 c. chopped onions
3 tbsp. butter
1 (4-6 oz.) can mushrooms (drain sauce)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. milk

Simmer on stove - stirring - pour over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
