THREE CHEESE CHICKEN 
8 oz. lasagna noodles
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped peppers
3 tbsp. butter
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped pimento
1/3 c. skim milk
1/2 tsp. dry basil
1 1/2 c. cream style cottage cheese
2 c. chopped chicken
1 1/2 c. shredded American cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles. Cook onion, peppers in butter. Stir in soup, mushrooms, pimento, skim milk, and basil. Lay 1/2 noodles in baking pan. Top with 1/2 each of soup mixture, cottage cheese, chicken, American cheese, then Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Top with remaining American cheese and Parmesan cheese. Bake 2 minutes more until cheese is melted.
