WILLIAMSBURG OMELET 
16 slices bread, buttered and decrusted
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. chopped ham
3 c. milk
1 c. cream
7 eggs
1 sm. jar sliced mushrooms

Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan. Put 8 slices of bread on bottom. Spread cheese; then, ham and mushrooms. Put 8 slices of bread on top - butter side up. Mix milk, cream and eggs; then pour over top ending with 8 slices of bread.
