1 c. fine bread crumbs
1 3/4 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. oil

Mix all ingredients together and store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator. Use to coat pork chops, fish or chicken before baking.
