WINTER NIGHT SUPPER 
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 c. cream of mushroom soup
3 tbsp. flour
1 can corned beef hash
1 ready graham cracker crust
3 eggs
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. horseradish
3/4 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese or sharp provolone cheese

Cook spinach and drain. Combine eggs, soup, flour, mustard and horseradish. Stir in spinach. Spread hash on bottom of pie crust. Spread mixture over hash. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Three minutes before done sprinkle cheese on top and put back in oven until cheese melts.
