HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 c. Italian dressing
1 tsp. sugar
5 c. diced cooked potatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion

In large skillet fry bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels. Combine dressing and sugar. Pour into skillet and add potatoes, onions and bacon. Toss to coat gently and heat through. Makes eight 1/2 cup servings.
