DARLA'S HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
5 slices bacon, fry and save grease
8 med. potatoes
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. sugar
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water

Boil potatoes with skins on. Fry bacon, remove from pan, then add flour, salt, sugar until dissolved. Add vinegar and water, bring to boil. Mix well, add onions. Peel potatoes and slice, then mix well with sauce. Break up bacon and sprinkle over potatoes. Mix.
